The process of using DTF Film is fairly straightforward: first, print the design onto the DTF Film using specific digital inks and white ink; next, sprinkle DTF powder on the digital printing and put it on the oven for baking 5 mins to melt the DTF powder; finally, use heat press machine to transfer the design onto the fabric. This printing method is not only showing outstanding results with bright color, no powder sticked but also saving time for higher production.
